1. Do we have a paper catalog?
    We only have an online store at the present.

2. Where are we located and how long have we been in business?
    We are located in Huntingburg, Indiana and been in business since 1995.

3. How can I check on my order?
    If you log into your account, you can check on the order by signing in.
    You will see if your order has been shipped or any notes of delays or ETA as to when it is expected
    to be in stock is the best way to check. You can also call us at 888-244-3263 or email us.

4. Do you have it in stock?
    If you are in a hurry, please call us at 877-433-9368 and ask if it is in stock.  We do make most of all of our clothing and leather goods right here  
    on site.  So if you need anything done for a custom fit, just give us a call.  Nothing is impossible.

6. The site will not let me check out and keeps looping back.
    This problem is usually caused by some missing required information, like a phone #, email address or password. Please check and see if all required information is there.

7. Do you price match?

8. Are all the items listed on the website in stock?
    No. Our entire line is listed on the website and is available for order, however, some items may be temporarily on backorder. If you need to know if a specific item is in stock, please contact us.

9. Do you cancel backorders automatically?
    Not normally. We only cancel backordered items if requested by the customer.

10. How much is Shipping?
      Shipping is calculated automatically based on your address and the package size and weight.

     To find shipping prices. Add the item to your shopping cart. Click on the Checkout Now button and our system will give you several different shipping options.  

11. Is USPS Priority 2 Day Shipping option Guaranteed?
      This shipping option is NOT a 2 day guaranteed shipping method. If you require 2nd Day shipping you should select either the UPS or FedEx 2nd day shipping options at checkout.

12. I haven't received a receipt or tracking number.
      Our system automatically sends order confirmations and tracking numbers. If you haven't received any from us, you may try checking your Spam,  Junk, Trash or Promotional folders to see if they went there.

13. There is not an (Add to Cart Button)
      If an item is going to be out of stock for an extended time, we take the Add to Cart button off until it becomes available again.

14. There is no (Add to Cart Button) but I really Want to buy it.
      Please contact us so we can temporarily turn it on and place you on the waiting list. Please understand that it could be 30-90 days or longer before it becomes available.
