Shipping And Handling

We are able to ship packages via Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS. USPS does not update our site with rates like Fed-ex and UPS; if you prefer USPS, please indicate that in your order notes at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate this request, and refund any difference due. Please note that the complete order must be under 13 ounces in order to ship at the reduced rate. Oversized packages are shipped at cost, which will include packing materials and labor.

USPS Priority 2 Day Shipping option is NOT a 2 day guaranteed shipping method. If you require 2nd Day shipping you should select either the UPS or FedEx 2nd day shipping options at checkout.   

Custom fees for Canada and International Orders: 

A Costume House is not responsible for any customs or duty fees imposed by your government. It is the customer's responsibility to determine and pay any such custom and duty fees. If the fees are not paid by the customer there will be a $10.00 charge above the custom and duties fees charged by your government. It is your responsibility to know you country’s laws regarding imports. If items are taken into customs and destroyed because they are not allowed we hold no liability.

Germany and France

We will not ship any items marked with swastikas, SS runes or death heads to Germany or France.

Canada and International orders

NOTE: International orders are shipped at cost, which will include packing materials and labor. Please note: We will not pay for return shipping for any international orders.

Lost or Damaged items during shipping
All our products are shipped in new condition and are insured. Items totaling $500 and over are sent signature require. All products are FOB origin, A Costume House is not responsible for any lost, damaged or undelivered items incurred during shipment. If a loss or damage occurs during shipping:

1. Retain all packaging and shipping material.
2. Contact the shipping carrier - UPS, FedEx or USPS
3. Contact us so that we may be able to assist you and the carrier in resolving the issue.
4. Do not return the package to us. 

P.O. Boxes

All customers requesting shipments sent to P.O Boxes assume all risks. A Costume House is not responsible for any losses or damages for items sent to P.O Boxes.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 days.

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God or natural disasters.


Back Orders

Our items are shipped promptly; however, due to the nature of the special products we offer, we sometimes experience temporary out-of- stock situations or (Back Orders). If this occurs we will send your product as soon as it becomes available.
